We are seeking an intelligent, enthusiastic and commercially aware Tax Senior Associate, to be a valued senior member of our Corporate Tax team, which is led by Andrew Prowse, a leading tax partner with over twenty years' experience in transactional tax.

The Team

The team concentrates on doing profitable work well and you will find the right level of support with which to develop responsibility in the role.

We adopt a friendly "can do" approach to our work. We work hard, but we enjoy life outside of work.

The role

The role will involve transactional M&A and corporate finance work, together with tax structuring and advisory work, across all areas of our busy and profitable Corporate Tax practice.

You will have experience in transactional corporate tax, whether at a City, a national or regional practice. A CTA qualification is welcome, but not a pre-requisite.

The role is based in the London office but with a hybrid working pattern, so working from home will be an option for some of the time, if desirable.

Few law firms contain a tax group of our breadth and depth. The tax partners are highly experienced, but also down to earth and hands-on. Our clients span the firm's specialist sectors. They range from multinational groups through to high-net-worth individuals. This mix brings variety to the Corporate Tax role.
