Job Overview:
We are seeking an Mobile Grounds Operative to join our team.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks related to building gardening, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical labour and the ability to work with both hand and power tools.

Work will be carried out over Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset and Devon so a full UK drivers licence would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

Perform general groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging
Maintain gardens and flower beds by planting, weeding, and pruning

- operate and maintain petrol equipment such as mowers, strimmers and blowers

Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools

Requirements:

Previous experience in groundskeeping or garden maintenance is preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

£11.45 per hour
