Our team of expert engineers cover 6 regions across the UK, and we are used by approximately half of all MCS-certified installers.
The role
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of renewable energy installations from the point a contract is signed to the system being handed over to the customer along with all accompanying compliance certificates.
You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout to make sure your customers get a quality installation by making sure installations are booked in a timely manner, equipment is ordered, compliance procedures followed, and customers kept up to date with progress as well as consulted on the practicalities of their renewable energy installation.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring equipment for projects is ordered and delivered on schedule
- Monitor the installation process and deal with any issues which may arise in a timely manner
- Interpret system design schematics (training will be provided)
- Provide excellent stakeholder management whilst working with customers and engineers
- Document and report all project milestones on our software

- Minimum 2 years coordinator experience
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Thrive in a fastmoving environment
- Quickly build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partners at all levels
