We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work with a young man to live an independent life.

A well read and highly educated man looking to be supported with his physical needs, but also able to be supported to access leisure activities and short breaks and holidays once suitably familiar.

The ability to engage with interests such as football, films, computer games and good conversation is important and applicants that share his interests are encouraged to apply.

The role would involve both 'doubling up' with client's parents and another PA for certain needs but also quality 1:1 time to enrich both of your days.

Full training will be provided but experience with the needs associated with muscular dystrophy would be desirable.

Due to the role including personal care needs, we are searching for a male applicant to fill this position.

A DBS will be paid for by the employer.

Hourly pay rate is £12.50 and due to be increased on the 1st April to £13.25.
