Package Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and plan work force utilisation, space requirement and workflow, layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
  • Create formal investment project proposals for purchase of equipment, modifications, and facility improvements, justifying costs
  • Use effective diagnostic and evaluation tools, consolidation methods and analytical investigations towards continual improvement
  • Provide a cohesive link between Operations and R&D functions, contributing to new product innovation and introduction in relation to design for manufacture
  • Ensure all production lines are constant to the highest standards and value is added from capital investment projects
  • Working with shop floor supervision, personnel, and service departments to ensure processes are conducted to the required quality, cost, and delivery levels

Required Skills:


  • 5 years' experience in production engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management
  • CAD knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulations and standards.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Good attitude and drive to develop and grow with a growing business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
