An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team.


Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust has an ambition to embed improving value across the Trust and the wider ICS, and this post holder will be key in supporting the Finance Director for Efficiency in the delivery of that ambition.

The MSE ICS has a system-based approach to the delivery of efficiency, with a three
- year plan to reduce the underlying deficit. MSEFT is revamping its approach to the delivery of its local efficiencies, drawing on data and evidence led approaches and seeking to extend clinical engagement to make improving value everyone's business.


The post holder needs to be able to translate strategy into plans and enact those plans bringing the wider Trust with us on the journey.

They need to be able to build and develop the Efficiency team to support the identification, planning and delivery of schemes.

We are looking for someone with positivity and energy who can build brilliant relationships with the Finance team and wider Trust, as well as give assurance through reporting through to the Board and wider system.
