Dear Coffee, a well-established coffee brand, is currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as the Head of Sales Manager.

As a company that is committed to delivering the highest quality coffee and providing an exceptional experience to our customers, we are looking for a talented sales professional who can drive our brand's growth and maximize sales opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives. You will lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and collaborate with other departments to align sales activities with overall business goals.


Our Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and directing the sales team, developing business strategies, and establishing sales goals.

They will play a key role in driving the company's revenue and strategic business initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a highperforming sales team, providing coaching and guidance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities
  • Ensure sales activities are aligned with overall business goals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to the management team
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales and promotional materials

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Solid knowledge of the coffee industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
