Job Overview:
We are seeking for two skilled Joiners who are looking to benefit from a competitive wage and work-life balance. As our Joiner, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing various wooden structures and kitchens.

This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in carpentry techniques and the ability to work with a variety of tools, materials and trades.

You also must be able to read and work from onsite drawings independently and competently.


Duties:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood/metal materials according to specifications and site drawings
• Install doors, windows, base/wall units, worktops, roofs, joists and studwork
• Must be a competent second fix joiner
• Must have the ability to measure, cut and install mitred work surfaces
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure proper installation and alignment
• Follow drawings and building plans to meet project requirements
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• Time served +5 year joiner (preferred)
• Proficiency in general building work is a plus
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and woodworking principles
• Valid driver's license preferred

Pay:
£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

• Joinery: 5 years (preferred)
• Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Level 3 diploma in site carpentry or equivalent (preferred)
