An amazing opportunity has arisen in the Path 2 Recovery Rough Sleeper Initiatives of a motivated Recovery Worker with interest to Delivering substance misuse interventions in one-to-one and group settings to service users, assessing and managing their care and risk.

This role is generic you can work in one of the following teams within P2R:

Assessment Team

Recovery Team

Short Treatment Team

Friends and Families Team

Safeguarding Team

Homeless Team

  • To manage a caseload of 3570 service users, depending on complexity and other responsibilities
  • To carry out drug and alcohol misuse assessment including assessment of personal strengths and recovery capital, and risks.
  • To develop recovery plans using a person centred approach to develop, implement and evaluate needs and strengths based care plans and risk management plans in partnership with service users, carers and other professionals.
  • To offer health promotion and deliver harm reduction interventions, including needle exchange and access to physical health care including BBV and health screening
  • To provide IBA, extended IBA, onetoone and group interventions.
