The Change Management team:

Atlas Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Change Management Engineer on behalf of our prestigious defence client.

You will be joining a team in driving a large upgrade to the Type 45 destroyers, a crucial role delivering into the MOD and Royal Navy.

Youwill work with experienced engineers assisting your career development with progression opportunities within the whole business.


What you'll be doing as a Change Management Engineer:

  • Managing and leading the engineering Technical Query process
  • Management of Notice of Changes (NOCs) received from the customer and feeding this information back into the engineering
  • Engaging with design authorities to obtain approvals for
  • Working with stakeholders to resolve complex specialist installation and commissioning problems
  • Working with a high degree of technical autonomy,
  • Identifying and managing opportunities for improvements

Your skills and experiences:


Essential experience as a Change Management Engineer

  • Awareness of projectbased methodology of managing engineering change project
  • Career in engineering or Technical background
