Contract Administrator - Job Description
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm
Ø Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are a must - Experience is essential.
Ø Updating Clients on a daily basis on job status
Ø Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential
Ø Computer skills essential - experienced in using Office and Outlook
Ø The ability to work as part of a team or on own with minimum supervision
Ø Must be a strong team player, who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to use initiative
Ø Excellent time keeping and attendance essential
Ø Must have ability to work well under pressure
**The Job Will Include:
- **Ø Booking in appointments.
Ø Communicating with Managers/Clients.
Ø Updating Engineer's planners
Ø Uploading Engineers documents.
Ø Answering all calls and dealing with queries from clients
Ø Creating job sheets on the job costing system.
Ø Managing and updating Databases.
Ø Collating information for Contact Operating Manuals
Ø Other admin support as required
The job will Include:
Booking in appointments
Communicating with Managers/Clients
Updating Engineer's planners
Answering all calls and dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers.
Directing calls to other staff members
Creating job sheets on the job costing system
Managing and updating Databases
Other admin support as required
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
