Project Coordinator
We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.


The Role


As the Project Coordinator, you'll be working alongside our Project Managers, helping to keep multiple ongoing projects organised and on track.

You'll be responsible for monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

You'll also be involved in organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, ensuring timely project delivery, and providing support for smaller customer engagements.

You'll prepare presentation materials, ensure deadlines are met, and provide administrative support. Plus, you'll need to keep track of important actions and decisions made throughout the project.

And that's not all, you'll be involved in maintaining project documentation, assessing project risks and issues, and providing solutions. You'll also be responsible for managing stakeholder views, facilitating meetings, and managing project resource schedules.

  • You have experience in an administrative or coordinatortype role, ideally in projects setting.
  • You have a firm grasp of processes and a deep understanding of what process needs to happen and when.

Hiring Process

  • Introductory video call with our recruiter

  • Video call with the Hiring Manager
  • Final inperson interview with the Hiring Manager and our MD

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£18.00-£21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Project Coordinating: 2 years (preferred)
