The Role


The HR Operations Advisor role at Imperial Brands offers a unique opportunity for an individual experienced in HR systems and processes to take their career at a next level.

As our HR Operations Advisor you will collaborate with many stakeholders across the business, take part in projects and build on new skills within an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Creating great relationships with stakeholders, employees and People Leaders
  • With the team managing a highvolume ticketing system
  • Undertaking the full range hire to retire administration
  • Providing timely, accurate and responsive answers to questions from Employees, People Leaders and P&C Business Partners
  • Ensuring adherence to the governance and security and protection of personal data
  • Provide continuous improvement ideas to highlight efficiencies to improve the effectiveness in the service

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience of working in a busy, fastmoving administration team, in a HR environment
  • Proven experience of using a HRIS or other complex management information system
  • Working in a customer service environment and collaborating with employees and people leaders
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of using and manipulating reports
