Are you looking for an entry level to launch your career in the media industry?


Join PA as their newest Content Producer and unlock the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of others who began successful media careers following this role.

The role involves producing comprehensive TV listings data for well-known TV channels and platforms. You'll be assigned your own portfolio of broadcasters and will have responsibility for meeting the customer deadlines weekly.


Due to the nature of the industry, this role is offered on a shift basis, which will include evening and weekend shifts every few months.

We encourage hybrid working and the role will require 2 days in the Howden office and 3 days working remotely.

You can also work in the office fulltime if preferred.


What you'll be doing

  • Scheduling, enhancing, and delivering accurate TV schedules for a portfolio of channels to deadline.
  • Sourcing appropriate, highquality images at various levels to compliment broadcaster schedules.
  • Responding to customer queries and internal production teams in a supportive manner.
  • Fostering broadcaster relationships to ensure TV programme metadata is received on time.
  • Improving the quality and coverage of TV programme metadata across the department.
  • Adhering to SOP's and quality procedures.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks.
  • Monitoring current news events and amending content where necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with their workloads
  • Working with colleagues throughout the wider department to improve the quality of content.

Who you are

  • A selfstarter, comfortable working to deadlines and under your own steam
  • Proactive and confident.
  • Customer focused.

What you'll need

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadline.
  • Familiarity with appropriate communication mediums, including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
