Fun and Passionate Support Worker requiredWe proudly support 18 incredible young adults with learning disabilities across three houses in the centre of Newbury.
Each of our clients has their own gorgeous private self-contained flat, which enables them to take part in some creative group activities in the communal lounge, kitchen and grounds.
Our amazing team of support workers love to take our clients out in the community for enjoyable days out, this might be for a birthday treat or out to an amusement park.
Our dedicated staff provide 24-hour support helping our clients get ready for the day, go shopping, make lunches/tea, and get ready for bed, all to ensure our clients can make the most of their lives and most of all have fun.
We currently have vacancies that can work around your lifestyle - full-time, part-time or bank support workers, who are eager, flexible, conscientious and have a positive outlook towards supporting people with learning disabilities.
We offer a range of shifts, both day and waking nights, for which we are excited to provide full training.
