An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Salisbury & Wareham agency for someone with twelve months or more experience from within the insurance market.

About the role:

This role has one objective which is to write serious amounts of Home and Motor new business from inbound enquiries which have been generated by the agency's marketing campaign.

As part of the Sales Team you will play a key role in the client journey, orchestrating interaction all the way from point of quote through to placing clients on cover.

Communication - Ability to communicate effectively, both in written format and verbal expression at all levels. Do you enjoy engaging with people?

Mindset - Have a positive, flexible and can-do attitude whilst naturally being self-motivated. Do you enjoy a challenge?

Integrity - Demonstrate the ability to uphold the NFU Mutuals core Principles. Do you have a strong moral compass?

IT - Possess good understanding of Outlook, Word & Excel. You don't need to be an IT expert
