    Job Description


    Are you passionate about investment products and driven by delivering high-quality client solutions? We're looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on Legal & General's Index and ETF capabilities.

    This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, shape compelling proposals, and contribute to our commercial success in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.


    What you'll be doing:
    Coordinating and delivering responses to RFPs, DDQs and client-related requests
    Partnering with stakeholders across Investments, Distribution and Marketing
    Creating and maintaining best-in-class proposal content
    Managing a pipeline of proposals to meet commercial objectives
    Tracking and analysing proposal performance to drive continuous improvement
    Ensuring consistency and credibility of data used in client materials
    Supporting broader content needs across asset classes
    Upholding Consumer Duty standards in all client-facing materials

    Qualifications


    Who we're looking for:
    Educated to degree level, with IMC or CFA (or willingness to work towards)
    Experience in investment management or a similar role
    Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
    Knowledge of ETFs and proficiency in MS Office
    Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
    Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
    Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
    Commitment to fairness, integrity and delivering good client outcomes
