DGS Service Solutions are recruiting for a Full Time Cleaning Operative for Rivergate Shopping Centre, Irvine, KA12 8EJ


This role will assist with housekeeping within the shopping centre and car park ensuring a high standard of cleanliness within the shopping centre, this role is 48 hours per week with the availability of additional hours.


Working hours are:
Monday - 07:00 - 16:00

Tuesday - 07:00 - 16:00

Wednesday - 07:00 - 16:00

Thursday - 07:00 - 19:00

Friday - 07:00 - 16:00


Responsibilities:


  • Clean designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and entrances
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations

Experience:


  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
