Location - Cirencester or Bristol 2 days per week and 3 days remote


We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Advice Technology Product Owner to join our Business Development and Advice Team who recently came runner up in the FSTech Awards for Best Use of AI in Financial Services.


This is a fantastic opportunity to be working with an established team who are leading the way in innovative technology and methodologies in the Finance Industry.

The successful person will be at the forefront of innovation responsible for identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, and getting to stay up to date with the latest advancements whilst working in the team to develop cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our Partner and Client community.


Who are we looking for:


You will be analytical in your approach to work, organised and be able to prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances.

Be able to communicate and build lasting relationships whilst being tenacious in your delivery.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Set priorities and define a product vision and strategy which is in synergy with the divisional strategy
  • Supervise and manage product backlogs that deliver the product strategy
  • Liaise with the Advice Portfolio Owner to manage roadmaps and strategy
  • Gather and interpret feedback and MI to analyse current trends, usage, and the effectiveness of proposed solutions, as well as presenting this MI where relevant to key senior internal and external partners.
  • Develop and enhance our digital advice proposition through exploring emerging technology

Special Requirements:

Whilst we don't require any formal qualifications to be successful, knowledge and experience in the following will hold a distinct advantage

  • Experience in delivering development artefacts (specifications, designs, user stories, prototypes etc)
  • Define acceptance criteria for each feature and sign off on quality of delivery in line with criteria set.
  • Knowledge of Agile & Scrum development methodologies
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook and JIRA.
