Experience:

Must have St James's Plan Administration experience and be competent in Word/Excel/Salesforce/Good phone manner


Key Responsibilities & Day-to-day work tasks:


  • Annual Planning Meetings:
  • Send out update packs.
  • Preparation for meeting.
  • Taking the notes post meeting.
  • Preparing the Financial Plan.
  • Overseeing agreed follow ups.
  • Group Scheme Renewals:
  • Overseeing the quotes when Group Schemes renew.
  • Preparing the Corporate Confidential Financial Review (CFR) and Suitability Letter.
  • Trust Forms:
  • Prepopulating and sending out Trust forms.
  • Coordination with providers to ensure the Trust forms are logged correctly.
  • Estate Planning Liaison:
  • Organising the quarterly 'Estate Planning Days' for clients.
  • Overseeing the follow ups.
  • Protection Applications:
  • Obtaining quotes for client meetings.
  • Quality of Documentation:
  • Providing backup for CFR, Suitability Letters and advice sets.
  • Point of sale packs.
  • Office:
  • Overseeing LOAs with PlusGroup.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Scanning and distribution of post.
  • Welcome Screen.
  • Help to Meet & Greet Clients/Drinks.
  • Anything else required.
  • Completion of regulatory training.
  • Completion of timesheet.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
