Experience:
Must have St James's Plan Administration experience and be competent in Word/Excel/Salesforce/Good phone manner
Key Responsibilities & Day-to-day work tasks:
- Annual Planning Meetings:
- Send out update packs.
- Preparation for meeting.
- Taking the notes post meeting.
- Preparing the Financial Plan.
- Overseeing agreed follow ups.
- Group Scheme Renewals:
- Overseeing the quotes when Group Schemes renew.
- Preparing the Corporate Confidential Financial Review (CFR) and Suitability Letter.
- Trust Forms:
- Prepopulating and sending out Trust forms.
- Coordination with providers to ensure the Trust forms are logged correctly.
- Estate Planning Liaison:
- Organising the quarterly 'Estate Planning Days' for clients.
- Overseeing the follow ups.
- Protection Applications:
- Obtaining quotes for client meetings.
- Quality of Documentation:
- Providing backup for CFR, Suitability Letters and advice sets.
- Point of sale packs.
- Office:
- Overseeing LOAs with PlusGroup.
- Answering the phone.
- Scanning and distribution of post.
- Welcome Screen.
- Help to Meet & Greet Clients/Drinks.
- Anything else required.
- Completion of regulatory training.
- Completion of timesheet.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
