Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update office records and files
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
  • Provide support for meetings and conferences, including taking minutes
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
  • Accompany staff on property appraisals
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role preferred
  • Proficiency in computerized office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
  • Full UK driving licence

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£17,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
