**The Position
**The Best Connection are seeking to appoint a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator. The role will be based at our People Services Centre in Halesowen.


The Best Connection is passionate about developing the best people, and has a well-established team who deliver a variety of training across the business.

You will play a key part in this team participating in the planning, scheduling, organisation anddeployment of learning events.

This will include the management of both virtual events and eLearning solutions as well as in person classroom training and workshops.


Key Responsibilities

Training and Development Services

  • Act as a central point of contact for all enquiries and requests relating to Training & Development and the LMS, managing, triaging and resolving any difficulties for learners
  • Provide support and availability to new joiners navigating through their initial learning journey
  • Ensure smooth running of training services by developing close working relationships with the Training and Development Team, associated People Services departments, and customers across the business
  • Provide an efficient start to end process in setting up, coordinating, arranging, and supporting the delivery of all training programmes, courses and events

Learning Management System

  • Manage and administrate all required tasks relating to the LMS system
  • Create, manipulate, and distribute learning reports as required
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements
  • Manage publishing, organising, removing and archiving of online and blended learning products
  • Schedule and manage all trainer lead events

Key Attributes - Essential

  • Proven experience in learning deployment and coordination and use of a Learning Management System
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High level of IT literacy (Microsoft/ System proficiency/ Excel)
  • Proven experience with stakeholder relationship and management
  • Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
  • Organised with an attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills Influencing and persuasion skills.

Desired attributes

  • Previous experience using the Kallidus Learn System

Package

  • Salary: £24,000 £26,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
  • Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after a year's employment inclusive of statutory holidays

Hours of Work:

Your working week will consist of 40 hours Monday - Friday with 1 hour's lunch break each day.

This is a hybrid role split between working from home and being based at our People Services Centre in Halesowen.
