We are looking for cheesemongers and, most importantly, food lovers to join our retail team on a part-time basis for 3 days a week.

Availability in the run up to Christmas is essential; we ask that part-time mongers chip in with a full 5 days to help with the festive madness Your training will take place at either our East Dulwich or Borough Market site and you will likely be retailing across more than one of our sites over the course of the year.

Responsibilities will include:

Helping to create an inviting, positive and safe shopping experience
Speaking enthusiastically and honestly about our entire range in order to match the right cheese with our lovely customers
Adhering to strict health and safety procedures
Helping to drive our retail sites towards their weekly sales targets
Tasting cheese daily in order to accurately gauge its flavour profile and condition

This role is well suited to an individual looking to balance work in the food industry alongside other interests. After an 8 week training period we offer a London Living Wage salary.
