    Job Description

    We are seeking an accomplished Environmental Fate & Metabolism SME to lead our growing Environmental Fate team as the Head of E-Fate.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of Study Directors, Scientists, Technicians, and Support Staff.
    2. Oversee the scientific and operational performance of the Environmental Fate department, driving high standards of science, quality, and financial performance.
    3. Advance the department's capabilities, enhance team performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
    4. Support commercial growth by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

    Requirements

    • A relevant higher degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline.
    • A recognised SME in EFate.
    • Proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams.
    • Strong strategic and operational leadership skills with a track record of delivering high standards of science, quality, and financial performance.
    • Experienced in regulatory compliance and familiar with GLP standards.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain and build client relationships.
