Is looking for a full time HGV Mechanic

Based at our yard in Dunecht Aberdeenshire,

We are looking for an individual that is a professional, conscientious and safety compliant team member to join our company

About the Role

You will be a professional, conscientious team player who can work on their own initiative and is passionate about providing a comprehensive service in line with company and DVSA safety guidelines.

Main areas of responsibility for this position are as follows:

• Ability to work alone
• Carrying out service, maintenance and repair on a variety of vehicles incl. HGV's and Heavy Plant vehicles.
• Diagnosing faults
• Carrying out Pre MOT inspections
• Being able to work in a fast paced environment; dealing with the day to day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings and be able to make decisions when faced with breakdowns or vehicle accidents.

HGV License would be an advantage

£16.00-£20.00 per hour
