My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Office Manager/Lettings Admin to join their team in their office based in Pinner.
You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouragedand supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.
Responsibilities for this Office Manager/Lettings Admin role will include:- Help list and let new properties
- admin support
- Deal with tenants and qualify their needs
- Dealing with rental clients and landlords
- Liaising with the directors and managers to help hit targets consistently
- Experience preferred
- Well presented and driven
- Local area knowledge
- Energetic and cando attitude to work
- Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment and drive a team to success
