Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date with market trends.

Duties:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and changes in regulations
• Market properties through various channels such as online listings, advertisements, and networking
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing paperwork and contracts
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Previous experience is beneficial, but not necessary

Salary:
£34,229.00-£40,841.00 per year
