Pivotal Recruitment are undergoing an extremely exciting phase of growth and are looking for ambitious, driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the team.

This opportunity offers driven individuals the chance to join a fast paced growing business offering uncapped commissions.


Core Role duties

  • Liaising with Senior Consultant to clarify job specs from clients.
  • Advertising Roles
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through continuous contact.
  • Liaise and attend meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Training


Each delivery consultant will receive a complete training program delivered by Pivotal' s external training partner, a typical training week would include 2/4 hours of intensive training based on a specific module basis to ensure consistent upskilling throughout the training period.


Job Requirements:


  • Drive and passion with a desire to succeed within a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to learn
  • A good telephone manner is a complete must

Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
