Description

We have an exciting new position available for a
Quality and Technical supervisor for a local food production facility in Portsmouth.

Immediate start available

This is a
full time permanent role from Monday to Friday.
Salary between £25k-£30k depending on experience.

Shifts 02:30am-11:00am OR 06:30am-16:00 (MUST BE FLEXIBLE FOR EITHER SHIFTS) Monday to Friday usual working days (with alternative Saturday's 5am-11am)

About the role

Running the quality management system (HACCP)
Monitoring the factory floor (Hygiene, housekeeping & food safety disciplines)
Overseeing food quality monitoring and liaising with the quality and technical manager and operations manager for any food safety or quality issues.
Carrying out audits, sampling, stock check and monitoring.
Overseeing allergen controls, equipment measurement and sampling.

Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
