Service Improvement Officer£110/Day
The role is mainly working from home however the team have a monthly in office day.

The service is responsible for ensuring that we keep traffic moving while looking at ways we can support improving air quality within the borough.
Service Improvement Officers provide support to projects designed to improve our service area as well as leading on their own projects to improve our customer service, or create savings and efficiencies.
Service Improvement Officers provide first class responses to customer complaints and member enquiries, addressing their root causes and use complaints data to make improvements to customer service.
***Typical duties include:
- A range of project support tasks, Services Reviews
- Benchmarking
- Consultation support
- Data analysis and reporting
- Refining website information,
- Creating PowerPoint or Visio guides visualising the customer journey or internal processes, Using complaints data to take part in a monthly lessons learnt process to identify where changes can be made to prevent repeat complaints or improve systems and processes
- Managing a mailbox marketing new products and services.
