The role benefits from an excellent salary of £23,000 with sociable working hours of 08:30-17:30 working Mondayto Friday.

Description
The role of Warehouse Contract Administrator in Corby will involve:

  • Performing activities related to the processing of Customers orders from ordering to dispatching using customers SAP system.
  • Conforming to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Daily checks on WMS and accurately input into WMS/TMS/SAP.
  • The allocation of order and passing orders to the warehouse.
  • Updating the diary when Customers have requested a delivery or collection.
  • Printing labels and dispatching orders.
  • Maintaining customer paperwork.

Profile

  • Previous administrative, contract experience, ideally in the 3PL environment.
  • Good working knowledge of WMS systems including SAP.
  • Good communication skills written and verbal.
  • Good numeracy and accuracy skills.
  • Analytical and good problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure as an effective member of the team.
  • Uses initiative and highly motivated.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
