As a Group Leader in our Programme Management Consultancy division, you will lead a team of about twelve project management professionals with varying experience levels. Your role will involve helping them deliver top-quality consultancy to clients in our current markets and assisting in attracting new customers.

  • Provide technical guidance to help consultants develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet various client needs.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:

Essential

  • A strong passion for team management.
  • Experience in coaching and developing individuals.
  • Proficiency in managing complex projects and programmes.
  • Capability to review and assure project and programme management strategies.

Desirable

  • Chartered Project Professional or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in managing consultancy projects.
  • Background in compiling bids and securing projects.
