Looking for an English speaking Butcher /or/with butchering experience (have to know the types of meat) the job is not in the shop selling.

we supply restaurants and I need someone for prepare the meat (cut,mince etc.) and make ready for the delivery. The job place is in one unit (not butcher shop)
