Job Title:
Multi-Skilled Construction Technician

Responsibilities:


Multi-Trades Expertise:
Perform plastering, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, gas work, and electrical tasks as required.
Execute tasks to the highest standards, meeting industry regulations and safety guidelines.


Project Execution:
Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project timelines.


Quality Assurance:
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets established standards.
Address and rectify any issues to maintain project integrity.


Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for all construction activities.
Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on the job site.


Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plastering, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, gas work, and electrical work.
Provide innovative solutions to challenges encountered during construction projects.


Collaboration:
Work closely with other construction professionals, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and supervisors.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plastering, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, gas work, and electrical work within the construction industry.
• Relevant certifications and licenses for each trade (plumbing, gas work, electrical, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
