As a Sales Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders in accordance with policies, processes and procedures.
  • Accurate data entry that meets the required quality and productivity standards.
  • Resolving order queries and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborating with lease companies and Polestar Global Sales Team to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues.

Skills / Person Specification:


  • Experience of highvolume data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent PC user including CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise and manage own time to meet service requirements.
  • Energetic, able to remain positive and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
  • Selfsufficient and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Is proactive and able to work to deadlines.
  • Has excellent awareness of GDPR & Compliance.

Who You Are:

You thrive in a dynamic, startup environment and have a passion for electric vehicles, digitalisation and sustainability.


Desirable:


  • Experience in data entry/order processing would be beneficial.
  • Fluency in an additional European language would be beneficial but not essential.
