Who will you be working with?
Directly reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of technical product and system training to both our internal and external customers.
What will you be doing?
On a daily basis you'll be responsible for:
- Delivery of technical product and system training to internal and external customers. (this may involve some evening & weekend work)
- Responsible for compliance with site Health and Safety procedures.
- Delivery of product training at Baxi's training centres and associated satellite centres.
- Liaising with training partners teaching staff and management.
- Ensuring that all product at Baxi facilities and associated satellite centres is current and in good working order.
- There will be a requirement for travel throughout the UK.
About you:
- An in depth knowledge of domestic heating systems, related plumbing systems, materials and processes.
- Relevant gas, electrical and plumbing qualifications
- An in depth technical knowledge of Baxi domestic product range and an understanding of competitor products.
- An understanding of Baxi's products to support the UK government energy transition policies.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Full clean driving licence.

Our package is made up of basic salary plus a variable incentive.
