Purcell are looking to recruit an experienced Architect/Architectural Technologist looking to step up to the role of BIM Lead to be based in our Manchester studio.

The role is primarily to act as the BIM Lead in the North region but will initially involve supporting on the prestigious Manchester Town Hall Project, which Purcell commenced design work on in 2017 and is currently on site with the refurbishment works due to complete in 2024 and the client has a specific list of BIM Level 2 ambitions and deliverables.

We have staff of approximately 250 talented architects, designers, architecturaltechnologists, heritage consultants and surveyors across 14 offices in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia.
