Farm Administrator
E C Drummond is looking for a Farm Administrator to join their team just outside Ross on Wye, Herefordshire. They operate in various areas including Poultry, Fruit, Potatoes, and Arable.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Arable and Fruit Managers, ensuring that all farming records are well-maintained and readily available. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities depending on the season, internal/external reporting needs, and audit schedules. It's an ideal opportunity for someone with practical farming knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain precise farm records, reconciling systems periodically.
- Coordinate compliance reporting for audits by 3rd parties.
- Generate reports to support management teams.
- Provide administrative assistance to the accounts team and payroll.
- Play a vital role in a small team, demonstrating flexibility to collaborate with team members.
