Our client is a leading UK based training course provider, working with many different industry sectors including FM, NHS, Aviation, MOD, Universities & Manufacturing.

Opportunity

To join the sales team of a friendly, professional, driven company that prides itself on being the best training provider in their industry.

For the successful person there is the opportunity to grow and move up within the company to senior account manageror BDM and beyond.

Main duties:

Responsible for making professional outbound calls into new sectors like councils and emergency services to find the decision makers that can place orders for training.
Answer incoming sales calls and be responsible for dealing with training enquiries and provide accurate and correct information.
Be responsible for online chat through their interactive system answer client questions and ensure queries are passed over to the correct account manager or dealt with accordingly.
Update CRM database with all client information ensuring that contact and company details are correct and up to date.
Attend several exhibitions throughout the country as well as attending client meetings with colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong sales and account management experience
Can clearly demonstrate strong client facing skills
Excellent communication skills along with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Professional approach as working and representing professionals in the market place
Ability to build strong rapport quickly
Ability to think on your feet
Demonstrate the ability to consult and understand your clients needs and match accordingly
Identify revenue opportunities across your market
Be a strong team player but with the ability to work on your own initiative
