GEM's global presence and fully diversified product offering has allowed it to become a leading player across multiple products/ geographies.

Cross Markets Solution Trading is active across local market interest rates, Foreign Exchange (FX), and credit.

CMS Trading operates in the space between flow rates/FX/credit books and loan books, delivering more structured transactions and leveraging the broad GEM footprint in the region.

CMS transacts with a range of clients from offshore investors to clients within CEEMEA jurisdictions, in both cases dealing with financial institutions and corporate clients.

In this role you will support our CMS trading business, with a particular focus on the Euro Medium Term notes (EMTN) and rates/credit exotics books.

Your key responsibilities

Daily risk management of trading books (rehedging of risks, managing gamma, trade booking, considering market scenarios and macro events, contact for Risk for trade queries)
Supporting the quoting on EMTN and Exotics books
Interacting with the wider coverage teams on market colour and product details

Your skills and experience

Previous relevant experience in a trading role, with experience managing daily book Profit & Loss (PnL) and risk taking
Good understanding of CEEMEA local markets rates & FX
Experience working with complex trades, bespoke documentation, and associated control functions
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and experience working with sales/structuring functions
