JS Legal Recruitment Ltd are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm based in Essex.

Our client is looking to recruit a talented ambitious Family Lawyer, to join there highly successful private family team on a full -time permanentbasis.

The team has an excellent reputation in the Essex market, and work for clients both nationally and internationally.

The role will involve dealing with a full and mixed caseload of private family matters, you will be responsible for running and managing your own cases with appropriate supervision.

The role

Divorce/ Dissolution of Civil Partnership
Financial settlements and claims following the breakdown of a relationship
Enforcement of Financial Orders
Financial claims on behalf of a child
Applications for Parental Responsibility
Domestic abuse and family law injunctions
Separation Agreements
Pre or Post Nuptial Agreements
Cohabitation Agreements
Declarations of Trust and Agreements regarding how a property/ asset is owned
An ambitious Family Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE
Ability to develop relationships with clients
Ability to network and business development to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients
