My client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to be the next superstar in their team in Godmanchester. They have the chance to grow and develop their career with support and encouragement earning a basic of £18k
- £22k and an on target earning of £25k - £35k


Responsibilities:


  • Helping landlords find tenants and rent our properties
  • Referencing and credit checks
  • Be the middle ground between landlord and tenants needs

Requirements:


  • Experience within Lettings or proven track record in sales.
  • Hard working and target driven.
  • Have excellent telephone and written communication skills.
