Team/Function Overview


The Belfast CoSec team sits within the wider Citi Legal team and was established in 2019 to support the existing CoSec teams based in London and Dublin.

The team supports the key regulated Citi entities in UK and Ireland and provides a full range of Board and Committee governance services.


Role / Position Overview:


A typical day in the role will involve assisting in the organisation of Board and Committee meetings including agenda setting, meeting pack preparation, minute taking and logistics support.

Additionally, the role involves legal entity management tasks such as Power of Attorney maintenance and maintenance of statutory registers.


Development Value

Knowledge/Experience

  • Previous office based experience would be an advantage.

Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Works well as part of a multijurisdictional team and ability to travel if required

Qualifications

  • Holding of chartered or studying towards graduate status from the Governance Institute (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
  • ICSA) would be an advantage.

Competencies

  • Works well under pressure
- "No surprises" approach in communicating issues
