PART TIME (20 hours per week) 9.00am - 1.00pm Monday - Friday

TERM TIME ONLY (39 weeks per year - term time plus 5 days)

Payscale:
Scale 2, Point 3-4 (£9,620-£9,795 pro rata)


The Principal and Governors of this highly successful, oversubscribed 11-16 college are seeking to appoint a HR & Payroll Assistant to work within the school to provide an excellent level of service to staff, students and parents/carers.

This individual will contribute towards the excellent provision that is already in place across the administrative team.


We are looking for an individual who is:
Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task
Meticulous and accurate
Excellent attention to detail
Good communicator and personable
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise


Key skills & competency requirements
An understanding of payroll processes is advantageous.
Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential
Flexibility with hours in peak periods is essential
Experience of HR administration is desirable although not essential


Education/Qualification
Good standard of formal education
Above average literacy and numeracy
CIPD or equivalent desirable
