THE ROLE:

The appointed Construction Solicitor will be trusted to provide an effective and efficient legal service to a broad range of clients, the work you will be expected to undertake will be purely non-contentious.

This firm's busy Construction team deal with allaspects of Real Estate to include the acquisition, disposal, development, letting and management of properties to include the financing of transactions, planning, construction and any property litigation matters.

You will have the opportunity to play an activeand key role in the future direction of the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from experienced Construction Solicitors' who have a proven track record of handling their own busy caseload of matters.

Strong commercial awareness is also vital along with a common-sense approach to problem solving.

You will havethe ability to act independently as well as collaborating with more experience partners and fee-earners on more complex matters when they arise.

The ability to adapt to a broad range of situations and circumstances whilst remaining calm under pressure is keyto being successful in this role.
