We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join our team at ISS UK.
As our Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of our Hourly payroll function.
You will work closely with our Hub team to perform day-to-day payroll administration tasks, including data input and control checks.
Your attention to detail and ability to manage complex payroll information will be essential in ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and input of Starters / Leavers / Changes data in to the payroll system via T&A for hourly employees
- Input Validation checks of all input
- Hourly Timesheet administration Manual Input
- Input of additional Hours into Time system
- Management of Input changes via RHS App feed
- Input absence data for hourly employees
- Ensure input field securely for each period
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- A passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
- IT proficient (including Excel and Outlook); confident in handling and working with data
- Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team
- Awareness of data privacy and securely handling of employee data.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholders
