Job Specification:


  • To provide advisory support to customers regarding their warranty of products they have purchased.
  • Supporting the customer service team to provide the most up to date product information.
  • Creating reporting systems to evaluate the companies' procedures and reports.
  • Provide procedural training to the branch staff.
  • Ensure performance is maximized by allocating labour, travel and mileage booked into jobs.
  • Processing and finalising warranty claim jobs
  • Providing invoices for customers
