Job Specification:
- To provide advisory support to customers regarding their warranty of products they have purchased.
- Supporting the customer service team to provide the most up to date product information.
- Creating reporting systems to evaluate the companies' procedures and reports.
- Provide procedural training to the branch staff.
- Ensure performance is maximized by allocating labour, travel and mileage booked into jobs.
- Processing and finalising warranty claim jobs
- Providing invoices for customers
