We currently have an exciting opportunity for a diligent and analytical professional to join a friendly and established organisation in High Wycombe.

Our client manages over £1.5 billion worth of contracts for one of the largest franchises in Europe. Thesefranchises are benefiting from improved retail technology solutions and are experiencing a busy period of growth.

The Digital Analyst will take responsibility for understanding how their customer's interact with digital touchpoints and make recommendationsand enhancements for future development.

The Digital Technology Analyst will play a key part in driving improvements and continuous innovation into the development of customer experience across solutions and devices.

You will be responsible for understanding the customer's behaviour across digitaltouchpoints and will be able to turn needs into features and data into recommendations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Source and analyse web data to build KPIs and recommend actionable insights
Enhance the overall digital experience with fresh designs, content and technology development/configurations
Support the Project manager and Project team to deliver quality and robust solutions
Work with partners and suppliers to extend the digital presence into the public zone
Understand and translate customer behaviour and needs into journeys and workflows
Input into MI reports
Deliver on agreed project targets
Bring a design technology perspective to new projects and initiatives
Leading UAT, approvals and signoff
Work with suppliers to build specifications and/or wireframes, negotiate spend and achieve budgets
