This supportive academy is looking to recruit now for Early Career Teachers to join them for the new academic year.

Known for good outcomes with their early career teachers, they have seen Year 2 ECTS gain early promotion.

Role to start September. Interviews immediately

_The successful applicant will:

Be graduating this year with QTS
Be enthusiastic, confident and able to show initiative and resilience
Have experience teaching to different levels of students at KS3 and KS4 during their placements
Be committed to enhancing student's learning
Be an effective communicator with pupils and staff
Be selfmotivated with high expectations of self and others
Have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with pupils, treating them with respect and consideration.
