We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator in Bristol.
Successful applicants must have an enhanced DBS check on the update service, as well as experience on CAFM (but can be trained on it), and FM experience.
Duties of the role include:
- Assisting with raising and closing tasks on our CAFM system
- Scheduling works on the calendar
- Raising orders on the Oracle
- Liaising with site teams and engineers, helping team with increased workload and bulk tasks
- Any other relevant duties as required
This position is a temporary contract until May 2023 (with the potential to extend/become permanent), working full time Monday-Friday 8hrs a day, paying £11.50ph.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- CAFM: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred)
